Our story began in 1985, when Mr. C. K. K. Menon took a decisive step to build a business founded on integrity, quality, and trust. Backed by years of industry experience and the unwavering support of his family, he established Chitra Trading Corporation, guided by a simple belief—that honest work and consistent values would always endure.
As the market evolved, so did the organisation. In 1988, the company was re-incorporated as Ark Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of a pioneering journey in the clinical diagnostics space, particularly in biochemistry and hematology. Through partnerships with leading global manufacturers, Ark Diagnostics introduced products of uncompromising quality to India, setting new benchmarks in reliability and performance.
For more than three decades, the organisation’s growth was powered by an exceptional team whose dedication and belief shaped every milestone. With expanding reach, the Bangalore operations were established in 2007, strengthening both footprint and capability.
Today, the legacy continues in the founder’s name.
